Kendall Jenner is suing a skin care company for more than $10 million dollars, reports say. Jenner reportedly filed a complaint on Wednesday, objecting to Cutera’s ads for its Laser Genesis Treatment. The ads began appearing in New York City this month.

One print ad quoted the 20-year-old Jenner as having said that acne had “completely ruined” her self-esteem and that her now “nearly flawless skin” was the product of visits to a dermatologist for Laser Genesis treatment.

Jenner recently posted the photo above on Instagram – she’s shooting a new #RockTheVote campaign, with makeup artist Kristofer Buckle.
